RED I 14 - 18 September through March This group is for those swimmers in high school that are looking to stay in shape for their respective high schools and summer league teams. Workouts involve a good mix of conditioning, stroke technique, and social interaction. M, W, Fri 4:30 – 6:00 PM Sat 7:00 – 8:30 AM Since swimmers in this group are in high school, and tend to have interests besides swimming we try to be more flexible and give them a little more breathing room. This approach also helps to foster growth and maturity as swimmers are expected to take more ownership and responsibility for their development, and do not need their hands held. HIGH SCHOOL PREP This group is for high school swimmers who want to get an early start to their varsity seasons. It will follow the above practice schedule, and runs from September 15 thru' November 14 Space is limited to 15. |
