SPRING / SUMMER 2010

You may think it's too early to be thinking summer, but it will be here before you know it! Groundhog Day, Presidents Day, March Madness, April Fools Day, Easter, and then it's a few weeks and the outdoor pools open their gates for the 2010 summer.

For those of you remaining with us, we look forward to further developing your skills. Pass on the info to your summer league team mates and their parents.

Click above for more info.

'Tis the season...

As the weather begins to change it's important to stay dry and warm when leaving the facility after practice. Staying healthy is the best way to have a productive season. When coming to morning workouts (weekday or Saturday) put on warm clothing as well. A lot of body heat is lost through the extremities.

We haven't encountered any adverse weather just yet, but please take a minute to read out Inclement Weather Policy, located at the lower right side of this page.

Our Mission Statement is simple

  • To provide a family oriented atmosphere where everyone is welcome.

  • To promote success through goal setting, proper stroke technique, and a progressive training schedule.

  • To encourage athletes to strive towards, and compete at, the highest level possible in the sport.
